4:30 pm Pupus/Refreshments for Rabbi, Temple Board Members, Temple Members, Jewish Community-at-Large, Invited Candidate (if available), Public, Invited Guests, Moderators. (This provides time for all to introduce, mingle, network in the Social Hall.)

5:00 pm Master of Ceremonies (MC) invites Temple Emanu-El Members, Jewish Community-at-Large and Public to enter Sanctuary.

5:05 pm Master of Ceremonies (MC) brings meeting to order and provides introduction of Event, VIPs and Moderators. Rules for Event are presented.

5:10 pm Master of Ceremonies (MC) introduces Rabbi and President. Rabbi welcomes attendees.

5:15 pm Temple President welcomes attendees and introduces candidate.

5:20 pm Candidate provides opening statement.

5:25 pm Moderator(s) ask(s) Candidate questions.

6:25 pm Candidate provides closing statement.

6:30 pm MC thanks VIPs and audience members for attending. (Depending on if a candidate is willing and available, the MC can announce that the candidate will be available for some "schmoozing" after the close.)
