Please share with everyone why you are joining the Panos for Progress campaign: I was one who had voted for Mufi Hannemann in 2004, believing he would do what was necessary to improve Honolulu after the disasterous Jeremy Harris. After seeing how Mayor Hannemann has violated the trust of the People and has shown his true colors in being more concerned with the unions and special interest groups tied to rail, I see Dr. Panos Prevedouros as a "breath of fresh of air", someone not tied to the "status quo", but a concerned citizen looking to solve O'ahu's problems. I have been reading Dr. Prevedouros' articles in Hawai'i`s newspapers for years and he's been the only one making sense on the traffic issue. I also don't believe that the good doctor is a "one issue" candidate, his years as a teacher at UH and his numerous awards and recognition shows that he has the capabilities to lead our city and our island. Dr. Prevedouros, my hopes and prayers go to you and your family.
