- First, because Mufi's rail plan will bankrupt and ruin the city. I trust an engineer to understand what needs to be done and how to do it. I deeply resent the fact that the Mayor and City Council did not even consider the alternative an expert in traffic engineering presented to them, and it think the whole fiasco is about money. Mufi hasn't really fixed anything. It is all bandaids.
