Aloha All,
Please check out the Advertisers website and Cliff Slater on the Hot Seat. From what I read, it saddens me to see an obvious attempt to discredit Mr. Slater. It is clear that this was an organized attempt using various fronts to discredit and offend Mr. Slater and the concerned citizens that are part of the "Stop Rail Now" group. By association it's also an attempt to discredit any meaningful ideas and alternatives that addresses the traffic issues that Honolulu faces. This is no longer about mass transit or fixing Honolulu, its about Saving HONOLULU!

Let me know what you think my friends, am I alone in recognizing this or not?

I was at T-Mobile the other day getting my account corrected and the sales representative was making chitchat with me about the rail because he knew I was part of a campaign and his comments about the potential problems of rail really surprised me. He's not the only one. In helping out Panos and speaking to uncommitted voters I've heard people who don't even pay attention to the blogs and the flotsam and jetsam that's out there say some really intellectual comments about this issue. There's a lot of good people out there, so we just got to hang on!
