Nearly 50,000 voters signed a petition to put the rail question on the ballot. The city clerk rejected those petitions. What do you think?

who runs the debates pre-9/20? LWV? someone else? ideally there should be more than one, and such events will provide a great opportunity for Panos to distinguish himself ...
